Cactus Beats Limited Refund & Return Policy

At Cactus Beats Limited, we offer digital products, subscription services, and physical merchandise. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Producer Packs, Courses, etc.)

Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This is tracked in our system, and refunds cannot be issued once the product has been accessed.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting team@jaycactus.com.

If your digital product is faulty (e.g., files are corrupted or missing), please contact us within 30 days, and we will either repair, replace, or refund the item as required.

🚨 Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes:
Unauthorized chargebacks for digital products will be contested with proof of download/access logs. Submitting a chargeback after using a product is considered fraud and may result in blacklisting from future purchases.

Cactus Creators Club Subscription

Subscriptions to the Cactus Creators Club are non-refundable once the current month’s benefits (such as live streams, exclusive content, or downloads) have been accessed.

If you wish to cancel your subscription for future months, please contact team@jaycactus.com before the next billing cycle, and we will process your cancellation.

Physical Products (Merchandise)

For physical products such as hats, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:
✔ Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔ You must provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact team@jaycactus.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.

Note: International return shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

Damages & Issues (Digital & Physical Products)

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 No returns or refunds on:

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

  • Subscription services once the month’s benefits have been accessed

  • Sale items, gift cards, or special offers

  • Custom or personalized merchandise

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you have the right to cancel your purchase of digital content within 14 days, provided that the download has not begun.

For physical products, the 14-day cooling-off period applies, but the item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Once a download begins, or if a physical product is used or worn, the right to cancel is voided.

Refund Processing (For Physical & Digital Products)

  • If a refund is approved for a digital product, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • For physical products, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved, and process it within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact team@jaycactus.com.
