SECTION 7 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSING
a) General Licensing Terms
All digital content (sound kits, loop kits, MIDI packs, courses, etc.) is licensed, not sold. The copyright of all content remains with the original creator.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products in your personal and commercial music productions, subject to the conditions below.
b) Licensing for Melodic Loops & Phrase Kits
✅ Paid Kits are royalty-free for online beat-leases (e.g., selling beats on BeatStars, YouTube, or your website).
🚫 No need to include us in splits for leased beats.
Major Placements & High-Streaming Tracks: If a track using our loops is placed with a major artist, signed to a record label, or surpasses 1 million streams, you must contact us for clearance and negotiate fair splits before release.
c) Free Kits (Collaborative Use)
Free kits require 50/50 royalty splits unless stated otherwise in the kit’s Terms & Conditions.

🚨 Prohibited Uses:
You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our sounds in any form.
Sounds must be used within a full music production (not in isolation).
Unauthorized repackaging in sample packs or as standalone sounds is a copyright violation.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
a) Digital Products
All sales are final once a product has been downloaded.
Refunds are only offered for faulty digital products (e.g., corrupted or missing files).
b) Physical Products (Merchandise)
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original packaging.

In addition to other prohibitions, you may not:
